CHI SIAMO

Il B&B Verde Olivo nasce dalla recente ristrutturazione di un'abitazione famigliare, appartenente ai nonni paterni. La casa risale al 1885 ed è (interamente) circondata da un ampio giardino con ulivi, piante e fiori. Un'oasi di pace! Il tutto all'interno di un frutteto ed un vigneto di famiglia.

La nostra è una storia che parla di passione, esperienza e tanti cambi di rotta.

Siamo Dani, Flavia e le nostre figlie Emma e Viola, innamorati del buon cibo genuino, del vino e dei luoghi arredati con cura. Abbiamo sognato questo progetto per anni.

Dani ha una grande esperienza manageriale, per aver gestito locali, osterie e alberghi. Flavia, figlia di un pasticcere, colleziona e sperimenta da anni ricette di cucina locale e non.

B&B Verde Olivo was born from the recent renovation of a family house, belonging to the paternal grandparents. This house dates back to 1885 and is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees, plants and flowers. An oasis of peace! The whole thing within an orchard and a family vineyard.

Our story is about passion, experience and many changes of course.

It is four of us, Dani, Flavia and our daughters Emma and Viola. We love healthy food, wine and tastefully furnished places. We dreamed about this project for years.

Dani has gained a great experience by managing bars, taverns and hotels. Flavia, daughter of a pastry chef, has been collecting and exploring local and non-local cuisine recipes for years.
